  • What is mobile soft play, and what age is it for?
    Mobile soft play refers to a service where foam padded, vinyl covered climbable structures, ball pit, slide, etc. is brought to your location, allowing infants and toddlers to enjoy interactive and safe play experiences. We are specifically for the small ones, our most precious babes ages 6mo.+ to 5 years old. Our Soft Sensory Crash Pad Playground is the only one that is designed for ages 3-6 years.
  • What is a good occasion for a soft play playground?
    We are good for every occasion- and no occasion at all! Book with us for playdates, birthday parties, weddings, family reunions, community events, daycare functions, or just for something new to explore!
  • Is the setup of mobile soft play equipment included?
    Pint Sized Party Pros will handle the installation and ensure that the equipment is properly set up for children to enjoy. This also includes the cleaning before and after each use. For more information on that please check out our cleaning guidelines.
  • How do I pay?
    There is a refundable deposit of $200 due to hold your spot on the calendar. You'll get an email with an invoice and an invitation to pay the rest in full. The party must be paid in full 1 week (5 days) before the expected party date. The deposit may be held, in part or in full, in the instance of damage or dirt resulting from improper usage.
  • Do I get the deposit back or does it go towards the package cost?
    Your Refundable deposit will be given back to you within 72 hours after the party, provided all the equipment is undamaged, the balls were within the playground area at the time of pickup, and there are no signs of extreme dirt, silly string, face paint, or anything else that would be evidence of broken rules.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Should customer need to cancel, customer agrees to notify Pint Sized Party Pros LLC 5 days prior to event. If cancellation notice is not provided within the outlined time, this will result in the loss of deposit. Rescheduling due to injury, sickness, and weather is permitted. The customer agrees that the original deposit will be transferred to the new day, and the deposit will be used to hold that date.
  • What are your cleaning guidelines?
    Regular Cleaning: Clean the soft play equipment before and after each use. Remove any loose debris, such as crumbs or dirt, from the equipment. Use a mild cleaning solution or a mixture of water and gentle soap to wipe down all surfaces of the equipment. Disinfection: After cleaning, disinfect the soft play equipment to eliminate germs and bacteria. Use a child-safe disinfectant. Pay extra attention to high-touch areas, such as handrails, climbing structures, and slides.
